What's under your helmet III

I love this series! People in uniform so often get represented by the uniform, instead of being seen as people, but these photos are all so expressive of the people as individuals. This one's my favorite--he looks so good-natured, like a great guy to sit and have a chat with. Plus, I like the old-fashioned helmet and glasses/goggle things--what are those, by the way, do you know? He looks like a happy nerd, haha--which is something I can definitely identify with.
