Yes, today is my 28th birthday, I'm becoming this old tart who eats cake and drinks tea all day and every now and then takes a picture... Sort of...

But hey, I'm back and I'll upload some new stuff, I promise!

Hi everyone,

Been a while since I updated my journal here. I've uploaded some photo's over the last weeks, but the journal just kept being pushed forward. But today, I finally decided to write again...

I've been on a little trip to Berlin, Germany, and I visited the zoo for a day, so there will be photo's coming of the Berlin Zoo (first one is up allready, on the left).

As it's getting winter and the work is getting slow, I'll soon have time to get all of it done, so keep watching all of you beautiful people!

But what I wanted to talk about with you all, is a friend of mine. A dear friend to be honest. She happens to be a very talented photographer as well and I was hoping you guys would help her out a bit and pay her profile here on deviantart a visit. Her name here is Lady-photographer.

And, I thought to be nice, so I thought I'd give her a feature! But I'm doing it for two reasons... For one, because she just is so good (and being such a good friend) and second, because she even made me look good in pictures. As the picture with little red riding hood, is me! All the artwork I featured here, features either friends of mine, or myself, so I hope you enjoy and be nice to her and leave a comment or something!




But today, she actually shot this really pretty portait of mine, and I really would love to share it with you. I think it's (to this day) the prettiest portrait of me!

As you're probably used to by now... My life was upside down... again... Out of money, boyfriend in the hospital, no work over the summer. It just keeps getting better and better.

Last monday was one of the worst days in weeks, months probably. I got the phonecall that our car was dead, the car I have from work was broken into and dragged off by the police. I got phone calls to say that I needed to pay extra stuff and basically I just have about a 100 euros to get by for the next two months...

BUT! I do have my new camera, unfortunately my telelense died on me as well. But I finally have my Canon 5D Mark II.

So, not all bad. At all... Something with over the moon... It was...

Anyhow. Got a festival this weekend (some of you might now it, it's called Castlefest), so tomorrow till sunday I'm drowning myself in medieval/fantasy/gothic/etc times...

And I've got some beautiful new work to share with you all... So... I you really want to help me survive the next months. Buy a print or two? You'd be saving my ass really...
